Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa - Ultra All-Inclusive Side, Side

I had a pretty good time during my stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly, and I appreciated the variety of food available. However, I felt the evening entertainment could have been better, and the hotel seems to cater more towards non-English guests. Overall, it was a nice holiday despite a few downsides.

Overall, it’s a nice place but not without its challenges.

The food presentation was impressive, but the lack of clear labels on dishes created difficulties for me as a vegetarian. While the pool was lovely, the behavior of some guests was intimidating at times.
